Well, it’s all about wowing customers and it’s going to share what he says is his single best method to Wow the customer. Could you tell what that is? Yeah. Alright. So… Maybe if I turn my finger… No they got to be that way. Sorry. Did I cut you off? You did. That’s a shame. That didn’t allow me. Well, the audience maybe. So, I’ve actually got three single best… three single bests… Okay. Yes, so I’m going to share with you. One… Now, when you say customers, are you… Because… If someone’s watching this and they go, “How do I Wow my customers?” They could be coming from any discipline, concern, background, job, industry, function. Yeap, you could be employee, be a business owner. Okay. Just a way to wow your customer. Because for those of you they’re just tuning in, we talk a lot about YouTube because we’re on YouTube and YouTube… You but you do but to doop-doop. But you’re just going to say, how you wow customers. Okay, this works every time. It wow… Well, okay. I need to clarify that. Some people get annoyed. You’re really doing well at contradicting everything you’re saying. I’ve got three single best messes and this works every time, well let me… Alright, what do you got? Do I’ll judge it works every time. You tell us what it is. It works for ninety percent of your customers. Oh, so when people email me, a lot of times I’ll do a screen capture recording. Video response and so I’ll answer in this video, it’s recording my screen with or with the Snagit app. I can have it record me and put me in a little box so they can see my face, I’m talking to them, they see my screen we’re reporting with my mouse. Okay. And I’ll answer their question. Maybe I’ll take them to the page and so, this is where it is. That’s pretty wowy. And I’ll send it back and the response that I get quite often is, “Wow, I’ve never had somebody respond to me with a video before.” No, wait let me just ask. Just, just because it’s such a good idea keep your paws that. Is the video attached to the email? Do you make it small enough so that it gets past their, you know, their security… So, I have a secondary YouTube channel that I upload it. You just send the link to them. I just send the link to the YouTube video.
And so, what I say in the message is, “I made a custom video to reply to your question.” Otherwise they’ll think it’s spam or something weird or somebody’s… “This video isn’t for everybody I made it just for you.” And “This is really Nate. I’m really responding to your emails.” And soon as they hit play they see me and I say, you know, “Hey, Joe.” They talk right to them and they’re like, “Wow.” That just happened the other day. I was looking at some studio space. Because this is a, this is a nice room but it’s small. Indeed. And I’m looking at some studio space. And the lady emailed me saying, “What are you looking for?” What… You know. And I… Because I told her and have some unique requirements. I don’t need like big windows or anything. Well, I responded to her recording my video and talking to her saying, “Well, this is this is what I’m looking for maybe something like this. I see on your floor plan you’ve got these. Is something in the middle like this available?” She responded back. She said “Wow, I’ve never had somebody respond with the video before. This is the first. That was really cool.” So, that’s why I thought of that is a great example. I’ve used it for years and years and years. I actually learned it from John Jonas. The guy at… Jonas Brothers? No. How different John Jonas. No. I had a virtualassistanttool.com he’s the guy that created that. Anyway, he taught me how to create those screen capture videos. So, yeah. And I say at the beginning that there’s some people that it annoys. There’s some people that don’t want to, they would rather just read a quick text from me than me sending them a video. Following a link to go here and to have enough bit.. Using my bandwidth to watch you aren’t you cute? So, it’s rare but there are a few people that I know not to send those to. That’s good that you know that at least. Yeah. Alright. Well, so what’s the second Wow for clients or customers that not just from the one that you’re buying from but yeah… This one might be a little bit more difficult for you to apply. But just, I was thinking outside the box and it definitely caused a WOW. So, I had a dentist appointment scheduled. And I Wowed my dentist and the whole staff. So, that when I came in there like, “You’re the guy that….” There’s a service that I think is still around it’s called send out cards. Maybe that’s the name of it. You can go online and create a custom greeting card and then and then they mail it for you. So, I created a custom greeting card that had like their logo on it. I put my picture or something and I said, “Just a reminder for my dentist appointment.” Oh, you did a reverse thing to him. So, I mailed them a reminder card. But it looked all professionally done and everything. And they got the card and they all talked about it. Passed between all the the hygienists and assistants and whatnot. And so, when I came in… Yeah, everyone came up and talked to me. And then for like the six-month checkup or year checkup, they kept telling… And that was just… Now, I mean that was just to create a good rapport with them so they don’t drill into your gums and stuff. I mean, because there’s no business coming out of that.
Yeah, that’s… Years ago, I did design a website for him. So, he kind of was a client. Okay, but I mean the the idea there is like, “How can I be creative and really wow this customer? What can you do to really go…” Right. No, I was just saying them specifically. But I think that’s a fantastic idea. I’m totally going to steal it slash use it slash do it. What’s the third wow. It’s not stealing if I give you permission. Okay, so this one we’ve talked about before with LinkedIn. But it can apply anywhere. And my LinkedIn marketing strategies. Instead of sending them a promotional message. Saying, “Hey, I’m Nate. I have these cool expertise with YouTube and video. You should check me out.” Or not even sending them a message of help like, “Hey, it looks like you’re doing some good things and I have a video that might be able to help you out you should watch this. Here’s the link.” Not doing that either but… I talked about that… But, yeah, yeah. Instead, sending them a message of compliment. So, you just say, “Hey, I looked at…(This is on LinkedIn) I looked at your profile and it looks like you’re really doing some good things. I like that you stand for this, this and this. Keep up the good work.” And that’s all I say. That will get their attention. I know it because I tracked it. That gets them to come and look at your website. Go to your YouTube channel and respond and read your whole profile on LinkedIn. Interesting, yeah. So, you can do that on Twitter, you can do that on Facebook. Just send somebody that you want to Wow to send them a message of compliment and they’re really going to take notice… Catch more flies with honey. I think that’s the… That make sense. Something like that. I know, it’s some sort of parental thing. But you know, it’s true. You pay a compliment like that and you have no apparent ulterior motive. Even though you really do. But make it sincere. But make it sincere so that even if there was no return on it, it would still hit the mark and it would be good. I think it’s a fantastic approach. These are great ideas. Those are my three single best ways to wow your customer. If you have any of your own suggestions, if you have comments on these but we’d like to hear some definitely those. Yeah, I really will. Oh, you want to hear in the comments? Yeah. I just want to hear some of your suggestions because I can steal those as well. Make sure that you leave those comments below. Ring the bell. Subscribe.
